possibly one supplied to the Bank Of England (unmarked), with 39in. barrel, fixed fore and rear sights, borderline engraved lock signed 'LACY & CO.', borderline engraved hammer, walnut three-quarter length stock, brass furniture, the heel-plate numbered on the top-spur, the fore-end cap fitted with 'Lovell's' bayonet catch and iron ramrod and swivels and fitted with a period leather sling
